-1/2 lb.

I'll take it. While I was happy to see a loss, I had hoped/expected for something more than 1/2 lb. because I was journaling and working out on schedule for the past week. But, I'll take it. It's better than seeing my weight increase as it has been for the past year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for next week.

Congrats on the loss! Any loss is a step in the right direction, in my opinion. Plus, you journaled and worked out which is even more important than what it shows on the scale!!!
